69) What are your comments about the APCUG BBS at bbs.apcug.org?

Files need to be updated.

Have not been there in a while.

Never use it. The few times I've been there it seemed moribund.

haven't taken advantage of the BBS much

I got on there and couldn't find anything of value. I don't know where the suppossed newsletter files were... I didn't find any files at all. And all the messages were old.

Not as much there as I would expect. Email has taken the place of the BBS messaging, but the file areas are the important part. Too bad more people don't take advantage.

It's out of date.

It needs a face lift

I access through the web entrance. I find the mustang software clunky... BBS mascarading as a web site. However I'm not aware of a telnet address to access with a regular term program like SimpTerm.

When I have visited the BBS, it doesn't look very active.

I have allways found the newsletter files provided on the BBS to be very useful and it is one of the main reasons we have contiuned to remain a member group.

Very well designed and full of lots of good information.

Have not tried that out yet, but would like to soon.

I have never liked the bbs. We dropped ours and APCUG should do the same.

Do not use only because of limited time constraints. Others may.

No bbs activity in club.. We abandonded ours two years ago in favor of Web site and e-mail notices
