32) The mission of the APCUG Board of User Group Advisors (BoDA) is to act as a communication channel between the member group and APCUG. How would you describe the communications between your group and the BoDA?

Some BoDA are better than others... I was lucky to be in this region.
Most people, especially younger people, neither Know no care about the APCG as an organization. Older members tend to be loyal and interested in the APCUG, especially as it is connected with COMDEX in the fall in Las Vegas.
get rid of the BoDA ... let commuications flow directly to the real board
then again, we haven't asked for much.
Contact is once annually or less.
perhaps another board member receives snail mailings? My contact is through APCUG mailing lists
We heard from Judy L. every so often when she was our regional rep but not since she's left.
Our editor is on board
As Program Chair don't hear from them.
Sent news item to both Reps for Reports. no response & did not appear in Reports
we are very large, but there is e-mail
probably lack of cumminications from our end
E-mail would be a good way for BoDA to establish contact.
